Haitian government bans self-proclaimed judge from leaving country

The Haitian government on Friday banned Judge Joseph Mécène Jean Louis, who proclaimed himself president on Monday at the invitation of the opposition, from leaving the country. The executive of President Jovenel Moise accuses Jean Louis of plotting "against the security of the State".
