The Valencia Provincial Prosecutor's Office has rejected the charges against Pilar Bernabé, the Spanish government representative in the Valencian Community, for the management of the DANA (National Anti-Drug Trafficking Administration). Like the investigating judge, the Prosecutor's Office maintains that jurisdiction fell under the Ministry of the Interior, headed by Salomé Pradas.
