A judge rejects a complaint against the Spanish government delegate for the management of the DANA in Valencia: "The competence is autonomous"

The Catarroja judge who is investigating possible crimes of homicide and injuries due to gross negligence by the DANA in the Valencian Community has rejected a complaint against the Spanish government delegate in the territory, Pilar Bernabé, considering that "the competence in matters of civil protection is autonomous."
