Agua es Vida criticizes Martorell's fines: "Water belongs even to those who occupy it"

Aigua es Vida (Water is Life) denounces the fines that the Martorell City Council will impose on anyone filling jugs with water from public fountains as an attack on the basic right to access drinking water. "The water doesn't belong to the mayor, and it even belongs to the squatters," says Pau Masramon, president of the Girona-based association.
