The Supreme Court rejects the appeal of the developer who wants to build luxury apartments in Can Raventós.

The Supreme Court (TS) has rejected the appeal of the promoter Corp. against the sentence from the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) that annulled the Barcelona City Council's planning for the Can Raventós estate in Sarrià. The firm planned to build 50 luxury apartments on the property.
