The Mossos d'Esquadra open a website to return stolen cell phones

The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) have opened a section on their website for the return of stolen cell phones recovered in operations. Currently, the page allows users to search among more than a thousand devices recovered in July from resellers, but which have not yet been returned to their owners.
