The Ministry of the Interior is promoting the creation of the Service for the Care and Support of People Affected by Terrorism.

The Department of the Interior will soon launch the Care and Support Service for People Affected by Terrorism, and at a meeting with victims of the 11-M and 17-A attacks, Robert Manrique, a Hipercor victim, stated that it will allow institutions to "do the work" that organizations have previously done.
