The father accused of mistreating his baby asks to be released from provisional prison

The father of the abused baby who was admitted to the ICU at six weeks old has requested to be released from provisional prison, where he has been since March 20th under investigation - like the mother, who was released - for habitual abuse, serious injury, and sexual assault of his son.
