Shock over school absenteeism data

Clash over how Catalonia collects school absenteeism data. This Tuesday, Equitat.org presented a report warning that the Catalan system does not have a mechanism to monitor the number of students who do not attend class. Hours later, the Government asserted that it does indeed track it.
