Screening for liver disease regardless of age: the new demand of doctors

The president of the Spanish Society for the Study of the Liver, Manuel Romero, has called for screening for liver disease in alcohol consumers, regardless of their age. The demand comes in view of an increase in liver pathologies, linked to the increase in alcohol consumption.
