More than 100 complaints and 14 arrests in a new 'Kanpai' program against repeated offenses.

A new edition of the "Kanpai" operation against repeated offenses resulted in 103 police reports and 14 arrests this Saturday night. Officers have been deployed throughout the Barcelona metro network and in various municipalities throughout the metropolitan area.
