A judge rules out investigating the use of pepper spray at a pro-Palestinian protest

A judge has refused to investigate the Catalan police officers (Mossos d'Esquadra) who used pepper spray against protesters at an anti-Israel demonstration in Barcelona. The magistrate concluded that there was no evidence of excessive use and that the officers acted in accordance with the principles of suitability, necessity, and proportionality.
