A dozen arrested in a new Kanpai operation against repeat offenders in Girona, Vic, Manlleu and Olot

The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) have arrested 12 people in a new Kanpai operation targeting repeat offenders in Girona, Vic, Manlleu, and Olot. The operations took place between 2 p.m. on Friday and 4 a.m. on Saturday.
