A dozen and a half arrested in a Kanpai operation against pickpocketing in the center of Barcelona

The Mossos d'Esquadra and the Guàrdia Urbana of Barcelona arrested 14 people this Wednesday as part of a Kanpai plan in the city center against repeat offending, in this case specifically targeting snatching crimes. The 14 detainees have accumulated 156 prior offenses.
