A dozen and a half arrested in a Kanpai operation against pickpocketing in the center of Barcelona

The Mossos d'Esquadra and the Barcelona Guardia Urbana arrested 14 people this Wednesday as part of a Kanpai plan in the city center against repeat offending, in this case specifically targeting snatch theft offenses. The 14 detainees have accumulated 156 prior records.
