Defense says 24 soldiers from Ceuta have scabies, but unlinks it from migrants

The cases of soldiers deployed in Ceuta who have contracted scabies already amount to 24, two of which predate the massive influx of migrants, according to a note from the Ministry of Defence in response to complaints from military associations.
