Collboni promises to rehabilitate 3,000 apartments each year starting from 2027

The mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, has promised that the City Council will triple the number of homes rehabilitated annually starting in 2027, going from an average of 1,000 to 3,000, as he announced in an interview with El Periódico.
