On October 19th, Civil Protection will activate the 119 chemical risk sirens. Beforehand, it will send an ES-Alert pre-warning to the public. For the first time, all devices will sound simultaneously across the country, with the goal of making the population aware that they must shelter in place when the sirens sound.
