The Generalitat Fire Department evacuated residents of a building on Elipse Street in Hospitalet de Llobregat early this Monday morning due to a fire involving Styrofoam sheets. The fire started at 6:47 a.m. in the building's stairwell, and the smoke spread to several apartments.
