A technical breakdown at the Sant Andreu substation has left 90,000 customers without power in different parts of Barcelona. The incident, which was registered at 10:21 AM, affected a high-voltage line. Endesa was able to restore 100% of the service at 11:16 AM and the situation has now normalized.
