Barcelona puts pressure on the most problematic terraces in Ciutat Vella

Increased pressure on terrace violations. In recent days, Barcelona City Council has inspected the 129 establishments in Ciutat Vella with the most complaints and found violations in all of them. To the point that 17 establishments didn't even have a license to have tables outside.
