The Civil Protection of the Barcelona City Council deactivated this Wednesday at 10 p.m. the Municipal Emergency Action Plan for Drainage Insufficiency Risk in the alert phase activated yesterday, Tuesday. The council's department made the decision once the rain episode had passed.
