Barcelona closes the first cannabis club under disciplinary proceedings

Barcelona has managed to close the first cannabis club as a result of applying a sanctioning procedure, according to a publication The Newspaper And the ACN has confirmed that the City Council began the offensive a year ago, when it issued closure orders for the thirty clubs that cause the most conflict.
