Barcelona activates the Municipal Emergency Plan due to drainage insufficiency caused by the rains

Barcelona Civil Protection activated the Municipal Emergency Action Plan on Thursday, in the alert phase, due to the risk of drainage failure due to the rain. The rain continued throughout the morning in several parts of the city, especially along the seafront.
