A team led by the businessman, designer, and jeweler Joan Oliveras, which for a year and a half has tried to find a solution that would bring Barcelonians back to one of their most emblematic streets. The result is a document that was presented to the public this Tuesday and which, among other things, proposes using culture as the lever to transform La Rambla and the possibility of converting empty buildings or disused hotels into social housing so that residents gain weight in the city center.

These are the digital violences perpetrated by Spanish youth, mostly against people of their own age, friends, or work and leisure companions, and also against their partners. A study by FAD Joventut indicates that 26% of those aged between 15 and 29 have been digital aggressors in the last 15 years, with no significant gender differences, but there are differences by age: 32% of adolescents (15-19 years old) report having engaged in cyberviolent behaviors compared to 24% of those aged 20-24 and 20% of the 24-29 age group. The victim's profile is an adolescent belonging to a vulnerable group, such as an immigrant, a member of the LGBTIQ+ community, someone with a disability, or from a socially vulnerable family.

Both the public prosecutor and the private prosecution from the Generalitat have requested that the couple remain in provisional prison. Sources indicate that it is a pilot plan project called Pla Zero Carrer (Zero Street Plan) which, initially, should be implemented in two neighborhoods – one in Barcelona and one in another city, which is expected to be L'Hospitalet de Llobregat – and which sets the ambitious goal of halving the number of people sleeping on the street in just over a year. To achieve this, it calls for the administration, entities, and the private sector to work together, sharing information and objectives so that most people who are currently homeless can move forward with their own projects.

The one who had fallen was Javier, who was on a motorcycle, and he collided with his car, which had braked suddenly. The motorcyclist broke three finger tendons and needed up to four operations after the accident. The Catalan police force received the alert around 11 a.m. this morning, through a call to 112 informing that a man had injured a woman and fled the scene. As the ARA has been able to ascertain, the murder allegedly occurred in the middle of Joan Miró street with a bladed weapon. In fact, according to residents of the area, the man had previously brandished a large knife and showed signs of nervousness. When the Mossos d'Esquadra units and the emergency medical services (SEM) arrived, they could no longer do anything to save the woman's life, who had received several stab wounds.

"You're useless" or "You play like a girl" are some of the comments heard in the background. A series of impressions that, even if let out in a rush without the specific intention of causing harm, take their toll. With a scene like this, Nadia Casanova, a teacher at Col·legi Liceu Castro de la Peña in Barcelona, explains how a case of school bullying can escalate.
