The Valencia Court orders to open oral trial against Mónica Oltra for cover-up

ValenciaThe Provincial Court of Valencia has ordered the opening of oral proceedings against the former vice-president of the Valencian Generalitat, Mónica Oltra, and nine other defendants for the alleged cover-up of sexual abuse against a minor committed by her ex-husband.

The provincial judicial institution indicates that the investigating judge "cannot deny the accusations" the opening of oral proceedings "if there is a probability that the facts can be appreciated as subsumable in conduct" reasonably valued by them as criminal, as reported this Tuesday by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.
