The Supreme Court has unfavorably reported the pardon of Álvaro García Ortiz, who was disqualified as Attorney General of the State for revealing confidential data of Isabel Díaz Ayuso's partner. The court that sentenced him considers that there are no "reasons of justice, equity, or public utility".
