The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has applied the amnesty for Joel Muñoz, a young activist who, following the October 1st referendum, attacked several Spanish government websites to denounce the repression, as reported by Efe. The Prosecutor's Office was seeking 18 years in prison for him.
