The PSC sees the budget negotiation as "very advanced"

The day after ARA reported that the PSC and ERC have unblocked the fourth railway belt and that talks on the budget are on track, PSC spokesperson Lluïsa Moret stated that the negotiation is "very advanced" and that it is being addressed "very positively" by both parties.
