The PP prevents the full use of Catalan from being extended in the Senate

This Wednesday, the People's Party (PP) prevented the use of official languages other than Spanish from being extended to the Senate, thanks to its absolute majority in the chamber. Thus, it defeated the joint initiative of ERC, Junts, Bildu, and PNV, as well as other pro-independence senators, to replicate the reality of Congress.
