Juan Carlos Peinado moves a file and, according to what ARA has been able to learn, elevates to the European Public Prosecutor's Office the separate piece on the awarding of a contract to the businessman Juan Carlos Barrabés, who is under scrutiny because – in other cases – he was recommended by Begoña Gómez.
