The Government spokesperson, Sílvia Paneque, has defended the "presumption of innocence" of former Spanish President José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, and that the current head of the Spanish executive, Pedro Sánchez, does not call early elections, despite the UDEF report implicating him in the plot.
