The Constitutional Court rejects delaying deliberations on the amnesty

The Constitutional Court rejected a new attempt to delay deliberations on the amnesty law. The Constitutional Court plenary has agreed that it is not the time to open a hearing on the possibility of raising preliminary questions before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
