The Catalan People's Party (PP) accuses Sánchez of "self-boycotting" the Conference of Presidents.

The PP spokesperson in the Parliament, Juan Fernández, stated this Tuesday that if the issues the PP wants to address at the Conference of Regional Presidents were not included, it would mean that the Spanish government is "self-boycotting" the summit, which will be held in Barcelona.
