The case against Puigdemont's right-hand man for requesting confidential data from the Mossos d'Esquadra has been closed.

The judge has dismissed the case for disclosure of confidential information by the head of former President Carles Puigdemont's office, Josep Lluís Alay, who was under investigation for requesting confidential information from two Mossos d'Esquadra officers to find out if he had any arrest warrants in 2020, before embarking on a trip.
