Former President of the Generalitat (Catalan Government) and leader of Junts (Junts), Carles Puigdemont, met this Tuesday in Waterloo with the Secretary General of EH Bildu, Arnaldo Otegi. During the meeting, which both sides described as "constructive," they discussed the current political situation in an "uncertain" international context.
