A pigeon drops a surprise on Almeida's head

The mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, experienced an anecdote during an event in the city. A pigeon defecated on him while he was giving a speech. To try and get out of the situation, the Popular Party politician made a joke while trying to remove the animal's droppings from his head.
