Parliament urges the Spanish government to "deny" the takeover bid for Sabadell

The Parliamentary Assembly has approved a resolution proposed by ERC (Republican Socialist Workers' Party) calling on the State to "deny authorization" of BBVA's takeover bid for Sabadell. The resolution received votes in favor from Junts, ERC, Comuns, the CUP (Cup), and Aliança (Aliança). The PSC (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) abstained, and the PP (People's Party) and Vox voted against.
