Manuel Marchena rarely speaks publicly. This time he did so within the framework of one of the CEU University's summer courses. And he took the opportunity to defend judges: "In Spain, Justice is not exercised by fascists in robes," he proclaimed. "A society cannot distrust judges," he added.
