CUP MP Laia Estrada tore up a photo of Felipe VI face down from the lectern in the Parliament during the debate on a PP motion on the "weakness" of the Catalan state. Estrada pointed out that the current monarch "is the son of a Bourbon who was appointed by a dictator."
