The spokesperson for Junts in the Parliament, Mònica Sales, asserted this Tuesday that "Catalonia should not be nor should it be" involved in the "pitched battle between the PP and the PSOE," as the conference of regional presidents described it. She added that negotiations must be conducted "bilaterally with the State."
