The leader of ERC, Oriol Junqueras, will not attend the event featuring the Republican spokesperson in Madrid, Gabriel Rufián, and the spokesperson for Más Madrid, Emilio Delgado, this Wednesday in Madrid: "He hasn't invited me, but one of my obligations is to talk to everyone [...] I don't plan to go."
