Esteban (PNV) says goodbye to Congress to applause: "I hope to see the amendment to the law on secrets without being here"

The PNV spokesman in Congress, Aitor Esteban, received applause from the PSOE, Sumar and ERC in his last intervention in a control session, in which he wished to see the modification of "a Francoist law", that of official secrets, "without me being here". Pedro Sánchez has committed to this.
