ERC achieves Moncloa's commitment to expand recognition of Francoism victims

Esquerra Republicana and the Spanish government have agreed on "substantial advances" in the "recognition and reparation" of the victims of Francoism. They have done so within the framework of the validation of a decree-law that modifies the democratic memory law.
