Juntos requested that the Minister of the Presidency, Albert Dalmau, appear before Parliament due to the "poor communication management" during the blackout. Among other things, they criticized the Government for taking three hours to provide an explanation, while the Prime Minister, Salvador Illa, didn't do so until eight hours later.
