The Minister of the Presidency, Félix Bolaños, contradicts Carles Puigdemont and asserts that the meeting between the Junts leader and the President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, "is a further step toward political and institutional normalization" in Catalonia. Puigdemont said yesterday that it proves "the democratic abnormality."
