Alvise Pérez, sentenced to pay 60,000 euros to Ábalos for defamation

A Madrid judge has ordered MEP Alvise Pérez to pay €60,000 in compensation to José Luis Ábalos for violating his privacy and honour when he published, in January 2021, private photos of the former minister with a "disparaging and insulting" text.
