Alejandro Fernández defends immigration "with quotas" and prioritizing Latin American and EU immigration

The president of the PP in Catalonia, Alejandro Fernández, defended this Saturday a migration policy based on "quotas" and the prioritization of people from Latin America and the EU. According to Fernández, "cultural ties" are shared with these countries and integration is "simpler".
