Albert Salvadó and Josep Caparrós (ERC), amnestied by 1-O

The Tarragona Provincial Court has applied the amnesty law to Albert Salvadó, deputy and president of ERC in the Terres de l'Ebre region, and to Josep Caparrós, former mayor of La Ràpita, for their actions related to the October 1st referendum. Both were awaiting trial for the alleged crimes of disobedience and administrative misconduct.
