BarcelonaSince becoming a global star, the interest in Rosalía from gossip magazines has not stopped growing. If a few days ago she was seen quite annoyed by the paparazzi's pursuit in both Paris and Madrid, this week she is on the cover of the magazine Diez Minutos for her real estate projects. According to the publication, the singer from Sant Esteve Sesrovires would be considering the possibility of buying a 600 m² triplex in the Madrid neighborhood of Argüelles.

Diez Minutos details that the property is undergoing renovation, as it was acquired relatively recently by architect and builder Joaquín Torres and one of his partners, who initially planned to create two luxury homes there, but have finally opted for it to be a premium triplex. According to the magazine, once the renovation is completed, the home would cost 7 million euros. Rosalía's project would be to make Madrid her base of operations and build a recording studio in the basement of this home. The singer's interest in the Argüelles neighborhood would have begun following a stay in Madrid last November, when she rented an apartment in this neighborhood.

Just this week, Rosalía performed in Madrid as part of the Lux tour, her latest album. In her free time, she has been seen walking in Casa de Campo accompanied by Loli Bahia, with whom it is speculated she has a romantic relationship that has not yet been confirmed, a group of friends, and also her sister Pili. Rosalía's creative director was quite annoyed by the presence of photographers and, in fact, at one point, took out her phone and decided to record them as a gesture of protest.

A few days before her stay in Madrid, Rosalía encountered a similar situation in Paris, when several photographers and cameras pursued her and Loli Bahia through the city streets. The singer from Sant Esteve Sesrovires, normally very patient, even asked them to leave them alone, but her plea had little effect.

Four years ago, a real estate purchase caused Rosalía a lot of headaches. Rauw Alejandro, who was then her fiancé, bought a modernist house in Manresa, cataloged as a cultural asset of local interest, which was to be the wedding gift for the singer. Finally, the couple broke up and never got married or enjoyed the house, which Rauw Alejandro had to sell. The property was sold for 2.2 million euros.
